If Helppo seems like a good fit for you, but you require some custom development for your web application We invite you to fill out our intake form.

Once we receive this form, we will set up a free, 30-minute consultation with our technical project manager.The more details you share, the more information we can give you during the call. In the meeting, we will ask about your pain points, give you a demo of an existing platform, and discuss how our suite of software solutions can help streamline workflow for your tutoring business.

If you are experienced with software development, we can evaluate options to integrate your front-end (HTML, CSS, and Javascript) database with our Helppo suite of tools. If you don’t have much software development experience, don’t worry. We have many years of experience working with busy, non-technical business owners, and we’ll take care of the nitty-gritty.

If you have access to the code base or can easily reach out to your software developer, we can create a book appointment lesson on your teachers’ profiles. Then, your clients will be redirected to the Helppo portal designed specifically for your business, with all of your online tools under one roof.

If you don’t have a professional web presence or if you have a simple landing page with fewer than five software features, we can help design your website with our designers.

Code Please note: Their hourly rate is 30 to 60 USD per hour, and each page requires 5 to 15 hours of work.

Please sign the contract and send a $500 USD retainer. The time spent and budget largely depend on several factors, such as:

Our availability
How many additional custom features do you need us to develop for you
How many iterations of design do we exchange
How quickly you respond to our messages

To help our clients make an informed decision, our team will create a few test accounts for you to fully understand our web application’s user flow before you formally sign our contract (for a minimum of 4 months).
